director of the Bank since 1983, James C. “Jim” Miller has been with Bloomfield
State Bank in various roles since 1959. He is a graduate of Vincennes
University, where he earned a degree in commercial banking. He retired from the
Bank as senior vice president; but in addition to his continued involvement on
the Board, he also serves the Bank in a consulting capacity. A Bloomfield man
born and bred, Mr. Miller’s distinctions include being elected his hometown’s
mayor. Jim Miller serves on the Audit Committee of Bloomfield State Bank.
