Summary:
Growing community bank seeks a unique individual to fill a new position.
The ideal candidate will be familiar with
economics, industries & business cycles, real estate markets, data management
and bank regulations. The candidate should have a superior knowledge of
finance, accounting, and/or commercial lending.
A
Bachelors degree from a 4-year college program with two to five years of
experience in credit-related work is preferred. Candidate will be able to
communicate with senior loan officers and professional customers, perform
financial analyses and write business reports.
The
credit analysis and review function provides underwriting and risk management
support for credit requests. Responsibilities include preparing commercial
credit proposals, loan reviews and loan documentation reviews to ensure
compliance with policies and underwriting standards, and to identify and
assess credit risks and loan quality.
