Bloomfield State Bank's Oaktown Banking Center History

Bloomfield State Bank's Oaktown Banking Center branch was moved in in the early part of 2003.  It was remodeled during the early part of the year.  On May 1, 2003, there was a special account opening day for the people in the town of Oaktown and surrounding communities.  The people of the community were very excited to have a bank back in town after Old National closed in the recent year.  On May 5, 2003, the Oaktown Banking Center was officially opened for business.  On May 13th, 2003 there was a Grand Opening celebration for the community to take part in, celebrating bringing a new location to a small town.
